Keema & Sakahari Senvada



Keema Senvada:
1.Arvi( Ghuiyan) ke Patte,
2.Ubala hua Keema, Garam Masala,Hari Mirch bareek kati hui,Gulabi bhuna pyaj,kati adrak,Besan/udad ki dal ki Pithi,(binding agent),Namak.
Keemen ki Matra ke hisab se ukta sari cheejon ko andaje se (swad ke anusar mila leyn . Utna hi pani milaye jisse paste nan Jaye. Phir Arvi ke Patte ke upar es paste ki patli uniform layer  bicha den . Ab phir esi patte ke upar doosra patta rakh kar es paste ki layer bichaye. Es tarah se 5-6 patton ko laga kar Akhiri patte par paste lagan eke bad role kar den. Esko idly maker main rakh kar 5 minute tak steem de kar paka len. Es role ko Thanda karke pura role fry Karen( Fry karne ke bad slice katen) ya eske 2cm mote slice kat kar deep fry Karen . Serve karte waqt Pyaj, Khera, Tamater Hari mirch aur hari Dhaniya ke sath aam/emli /tomato swace ke sath serve Karen.

Sakahari Senvada:
Besan Ya udad ki dal ki Pithi, Ajwayeen,Hari Mirch bareek kati hui, ,kati adrak,Namak Ka ghada paste banal en aur Arvi Ke Patte ke upar patli layer bicha den. Phir esi patte par doosra patta rakh kar phir pahele ki tarah paste ki patli layer bichcha den .es tarh 5-6 patte ek ke uopar ek rakh akhiri patte par paste lagan eke bad role karke  idli maker main Steam 5 minute tak den. Role ko phir thanda hone den. Thanda hone ke baad 1” mote slice kat kar deep fry karelen. Serve karte waqt aam/emli /tomato swace ke sath serve Karen.

Steam this role for five minutes in Edli maker.Cut its pices and let these cool down,then  fry  .
