BHARWAN KARELA-NEEM CHADHA

Samagri aur Pakane ka Tarika:

1.Fried Pyaz,Tamatar,Harimirch, kachche aam ke tukde ka mixture,Bhuna Dardara Dhaniya,Methi powder(thoda sa), Saunf, Lal mirch powder (according to taste) ,thoda sa Gud aur 2 tea spoon bhar kar sukhe hue NEEM Ke Fool kalahare hue .En sabko mix kar len aur Andaje ke saath Namak mila kar paste Bana len.




2.Karele Ubalte pani main Dal kar Dahnk den.( bartan ko burner se hata kar) Pani thanda hone par karele nikal lenaur beech se Cheera laga kar Mote beej nikal den.

3. Fry pan main En Karelon ko 1 minut tak fry karne ke baad Nikal len.

4. Ab fry pan se Tel nikal kar usme Karelon main bana hua paste bhar kar dhime Aanch par Bhun len aur Jarurat ke mutabik Bhunne bhar ka hi tel dalen.

5.Karelon ko Pan se nikal len .phir karele ke Beejon ko fry kar len aur thoda sa karele ke liye banaye gaye paste ko mix kar den aur enhe bhi khane ke saath serve karen, enka kurkurapan swad aur bdha deta hai.
