Sondhi Pukhlin



Sondhi Pukhlin:



Ingredients: Rice flour 200 grams, Urad Dhuli Dal flour 100 grams, Sugar 100 grams,pinch of yeast and baking powder, pinch of Kesar and /or Choti Elaychi powder, chopped dry fruits,a cup of milk.
For decoration:
            Thick sugar / Gond syrup and Kaju or any other dry fruit    (unbroken), Chery Murabba( colorful Tooti-Fruity) for decoration.



Procedure: Mix all the ingredients of Pukhlin well with milk as Idli paste is prepared and cook in Idli maker. When the Puklins are cooked , let it be cool down and then fry in the fry pan in deep oil in the moderate flame.. Remove these when these become light brown. Let be cool down and then with help of sticky syrup paste the decorative dry fruit/or Tooti Fruity.
