SANTARE KI BARFI


Santare ki Barfi:>

 Samagri: 250 gram Shankar,1kg Papers/ Pethe ka Kaddukas,1 boiled Satare ke Chile ka pulp ya two tea spoon tang powder and a pinch of edible orange colour. Vidhi: Shakkar ko kdhai main dalkar dhimi aanch par chadha den Aur Barabar chalate Rahen.Shakkar chashni main tabdeel ho jane par papete/ Paythe Ka kaddukas kiya hua chashni main dalkar pakne den. Dhyan rahe ki lachche Halwa Na hone payen. Jab chashni bhi sukhne ke phele ki avastha main paunch jai, add a pinch  of orange colour. Phir esko Thali main dal kar Jama den aur thanda hone den. Thanda ho Jane par Chandi ki warm lagakar Barfi ki traah katkar kagaj ki katori main rakhkhen.Aur surve Karen.
