SONDHEE MEWA LADOO
Ingredients ( Awashyak Samagri):
250 Makhane, 250 gram
Kaju, 250 gram Bheege Hue Badadam( Chilka utare hue), 250 gram Sakkar pisi hui,
50 gram Desi gee main bhuna hua Gond 10
gram Choti Elayechi,5 gram Bhigi kesar,250 gram Desi Ghee.
Procedure (Vidhi):
Kdhai main Makhane Dhimi
Aanch par chadakar thoda thoda Desi Ghee dal dal kar chaate rahen jab
takMakhane kurkure Bhun na jayen, Dhyan rahe ki Makhano k aka rang Gulabi na
hone paye uske liye dheeraj ke saath dheemi aanch par hi Bhune.Bhun Jane par
Mixi main uska powder banal en. Kaju ko bhi Muxi main peeskar powder Banal en aur
phir Chike utare hue badam bhi pees len aur Bhune hue Gond ko bhi.Elaychi ke
dano ko Sel batte se ya khadal main pees len aur bhigi hui Kesar main mila den.
Phir en sabko achchi tarah mula len. Eske baad Desi Ghee Halka garam karke mila
den jo ki Laddoo bandhne main sahayak bhi hoga aur eski nutrition vale bhi badh
jayegi. Eska sevan Jadon main kafi Labhdayak hoga. Aur yeh Poori tarah Falahari
hai.
