Snack of Same Ke Beej


Snack of seeds of  Beans (SAME KE BEEJ):

Ingredients: SAME KE BEEJ, Refined oil/or Desi Ghee as per choice, Black pepper powder, Cumin seed Powder, Green chili Powder, pinch of lemon powder or Pisa Amchur , Salt, Black Salt.
Preparation: Put the seeds in boiled water and put a led on it till it cooled down. Peal the seeds and then pour oil in the fry pan.Put it on the burner at medium flame. Put the seeds in appropriate quantity in the fry pan and do deep fry till it float on the oil. This is the sign that the seed had lost its moisture. Keep the fried seeds on blighting paper for few minutes to soak the excess oil of the seeds. After that mix white salt and black salts in the ratio of 1:4 according to taste, Cumin seed powder, black pepper, pinch of lemon powder.
