Ingrredient_ Lauki, Sugar, Bura sugar and Gulab Jal,
Procedure:
Peal pumpkin(Lauki)
and then make Lachcha with the small Kaddukash as shown in the picture. Boil water in a pan then add the Lachcha in the pan and heat
it at slow flame for a minute. Let it cool down. Filter the water with the help of a net then blow air on the Lchcha let it cool down and dry. Then mix Sugar Bura ( grind sugar) with the Lachcha so that all the threads are separated. Spray Gulabjal on it
for flavor.
