Guangzhou, south China

Guangzhou, south China: I reached Guangzhou  South Airport from Delhi on 5th January 2018 . From here picked up the train from metro station from Line -3 to Guangzhou East Railway Station and reached Stalin International Apartment as we booked  a flat in it here for a month. Many apartments shopping malls and shops are in its surroundings.  This is one of the posh area of this metropolitan city. However middle class restaurants are also have attraction point  out side of the railway station in front of connecting Bus terminal here. but these restaurants also taking care of hygiene.

This beautiful ground is behind the east Railway Station and in front of IKEA shopping Mall.

Just behind the Stalin Apartment in the west direction there is a Cantonment Area:

Few more important places at Guangzhou :

Hualin temple the Ancient Buddha temple at Changshou Lu next station to Chen Clan Academy, Guangzhao. It is in a huge campus ,very if temple. You can feel as you are in a disciplined temple of India.The difference was that they are not putting off their shoes. After worship the piligrims were taking PRASAD in in a que. The boiled rice and leafy vegetables were being distributed as Prasad in the plastic tiffin. I also wanted to get it but the que was very lengthy ,it could take about an hour. People were paying money for the temple in the honour of the dirty and getting receipt. Burning bunch of Agarbatti out side of the main temple ( not in side). There are shops of worship material St the entrance of the temple as in India.

Ingredients ( Awashyak Samagri):

250 Makhane, 250 gram Kaju, 250 gram Bheege Hue Badadam( Chilka utare hue), 250 gram Sakkar pisi hui, 50 gram Desi gee main bhuna hua Gond  10 gram Choti Elayechi,5 gram Bhigi kesar,250 gram Desi Ghee.

Procedure (Vidhi):

Kdhai main Makhane Dhimi Aanch par chadakar thoda thoda Desi Ghee dal dal kar chaate rahen jab takMakhane kurkure Bhun na jayen, Dhyan rahe ki Makhano k aka rang Gulabi na hone paye uske liye dheeraj ke saath dheemi aanch par hi Bhune.Bhun Jane par Mixi main uska powder banal en. Kaju ko bhi Muxi main peeskar powder Banal en aur phir Chike utare hue badam bhi pees len aur Bhune hue Gond ko bhi.Elaychi ke dano ko Sel batte se ya khadal main pees len aur bhigi hui Kesar main mila den. Phir en sabko achchi tarah mula len. Eske baad Desi Ghee Halka garam karke mila den jo ki Laddoo bandhne main sahayak bhi hoga aur eski nutrition vale bhi badh jayegi. Eska sevan Jadon main kafi Labhdayak hoga. Aur yeh Poori tarah Falahari hai.

We took a bus from Incheon Bus terminal for Sokchon which taken about 5 hours to drop at Sokchon Beach Bus Terminal. The route is full of numbers of lengthy beautiful tunnels with lovely lights.

 We had already booked our stay in a farmhouse, given a call to the in-charge of the farmhouse to pic up us for the cottage. The car service to  pic up and to drop at Bus terminal at the departure time was included in the rent. The couple of the farmhouse was very affectionate and very gentle. This farmhouse was on the highway , few kilo meter away from the Sokchon city. A very peaceful place surrounded by mountain terrain on west side then sea on the east side. worth to stay at this place for a tourist.

The incharge of the farmhouse was very helping.After being fresh in our cottages, he dropped us at Naksana temple near the Beach:

Spending about three hours in this huge size of historical temple of 600 AD, we went to the sea down the hill of the temple :

Next day we visited Sokchon National Park. In our tour in South Korea, my wife's traditional dress of SARI was a central point in all tourist spots as well as in the metro or shopping places . people do respect to Indian Sari. {Chinese wife of my son's Spanish colleague had come with a Sari in our get together party and asked to Indian ladies to help her in wearing Sari. My wife who wears Sari only helped her. And here also a Chinese lady came from a Chinese tourist group and took her photographs with my wife.
