Murty found at VIP Gate,Bedhaghat, Jabalpur
One statue{ As per my
observation the statue resembles to the BHIBHATSROOP of Yogini. It had been found in the 2nd week of February 2013,at
the time of leveling of the area in front of VIP Gate, Bedha Gahat, 20 Km.
from Jabalpur, MP but unfortunately no archaeologist is available to
study the sight till date. The Murty has been kept in the storeroom of
Chousath Yogini heritage Jabalpur.The reason is that there is no Archaeologist in the Office of ASI, Jabalpur region and one and only one regular
employee Conservation Assistant (CS) basically Engineer, at Jabalpur
Region is looking after seven districts of the surroundings. How is it
possible to justify his job?
It is not in my knowledge
whether any Professor of Archeology have visited to examine that Murty ,so far
or not. That place needs further exploration.
